How Does W.P.T. Personal Training Work?
By recognizing what motivates you we can identify how to effectively communicate and advise the best way to help you safely achieve your goals. During each session, you'll learn the best exercises for your needs.
Your trainer will also guide you on the proper amount of weight, number of reps, how long to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. With this expert knowledge, you'll get more from every workout and make steady progress towards your goals! Your personal trainer will coach you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts.
Our program is based on giving you professional assistance on our five unique components of fitness: cardio, resistance training, food intake, supplements, and flexibility.
