At Wave Physical Training we understand that a lack of physical activity is the cause of many of the physical challenges that older adults face.

While it is important to get older adults moving as much as possible, it is equally vital that we train our clients so that they can achieve the best results in as safe and expedient a manner as possible. That's why we use traditional progressive resistance training, which is widely accepted as a primary intervention for improving function and quality of life in older adults.

Our trainers use power training and functional-task training with older clients. We utilize these techniques in a safely and effective environment while focusing on each clients individual health conditions and physical limitations.

We assess your current level of functional ability, then we make the most effective training programs.
